PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (referred to as GDPR), in force since 25 May 2018, we kindly ask you to accept the following terms:

I hereby declare that the personal data I have disclosed voluntarily. I have been informed that my data will be controlled by the Polish Communication Association based in Wrocław, 3 Koszarowa street. I have been informed about the right to request access to my personal data, its modification or deletion.
I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data for marketing purposes by the partner entities of the Polish Communication Association.
I hereby consent to receiving commercial information from the Polish Communication Association via provided e-mail address in accordance with the provisions of article 10 item 1 of the 18 July 2002 act on electronic services.
I consent to my personal data being processed for marketing and analytical purposes (including profiling), collected while using the sites, services, and other functions of Polish Communication Association, including data stored by PCA in cookie files.

THE USE OF IMAGE

I hereby consent to the use and distribution of my image, captured in the form of photographs and film footage recorded during the 6th Polish Communication Association Congress, which was organised by the PCA and the University of Gdańsk. The aforementioned consent involves use of my image in the materials produced for the presentation and promotion of the Conference and is not limited in territory or time. The consent also covers processing of the image recorded within the works, use of the image and/or the work in whole or in part in other works, use and disposal of the works so created, as well as transfer of the right to the PCA and the UG to consent to such processing, use, and disposal by third parties. I hereby transfer the copyrights to my image recorded in the created works (as soon as they are established) in all areas of use known at the moment of submitting this declaration, in particular: recording, multiplication in the form of visual and audiovisual recordings, both analogue and digital, and multiplication by any technique and distribution of their copies, entry into circulation, entry into computer memory, public presentation or display, reproduction, exhibition, rental, lease, broadcasting in wireless and wire technology by terrestrial stations and via satellites, use in multimedia and internet productions, introducing changes, corrections, alterations, or abbreviations. In the areas of use indicated above I consent to the use of compilations of works and I transfer to the PCA and the UG the right to use and dispose of compilations of works by third parties. The transfer of rights within each of the areas of use stated above shall be free of charge.
